Jaden 2.2
From November 2006
Cuckoo for Choo-Choos
Waking up early on a November morning, Julie and George thought they were crazy for buying tickets to ride on a touring life-sized Thomas the Train. They were relieved upon arriving in Perris, CA. There were hundreds of other parents with their kids also decked out in train conductor outfits.
Blast to the Past
The Tsais spent the November 2006 break not only taking Jaden to toddler-friendly sites but also to places from George and Julie's past.
Perfectly Fine Feeling Blue
SoCal weather, the Rose Bowl, UCLA tailgating, a football game, a swing and a playground. Who could ask for anything more?
Long Beach
While Julie and George reminisced about their wedding ceremony site, Jaden enjoyed feeding the koi fish at CSULB's tea garden.
George's hometown was the perfect place to take advantage of Jaden's love of trains. The Harvey House rail yard kept Jaden fascinated and entertained before visiting the grandparents.
The Tsais capitalized on Sacramento's wealth of outdoor activities with visits to the fish hatchery, hiking trails, and the river.
